Our jewelry is handcrafted in our workshop using traditional goldsmith techniques. The piece is made by hand, which makes a item unique.

Due to the handmade nature of our product, slight variations in size, shape, texture, or finish may occur, such as in the bookmark.

Small tool marks or natural irregularities are part of the crafting process and are considered characteristics of authentic artisanal work, not defects.
For this reason, all sales are final.

Return Eligibility

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for variations that are inherent to handmade production.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect beyond the normal characteristics of handcrafted jewel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
